A whole year has passed since our unbelievably successful class of 1973 Reunion!!
There are still about a dozen memory books. These books include pictures, responses, and email contact information from those who were at the reunion and for many who did not attend. They are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to purchase one, please contact Lori (Light) Darnall at lorraine@darnallprinting.com.  They are $10.00 each.

UPDATE on the Class of 1973 REUNION: Scheduled for July 15-17, 2005, with the theme of "Turning 50 Together".

  • Friday night, 7/15/05 will be a social evening.
  • Saturday night, 7/16/05 will be the reunion dinner.

Saturday and Sunday daylight hours will be left open for informal get-togethers which people may want to do in small groups, and to facilitate Sunday travel.

 

UPDATE AS OF JUNE 6, 2005 - We have had a good response as to the number of people that will be attending the Reunion.  We mailed out packets in April which included reservation forms, motel information, memory book questions, etc. If you did not receive this packet, please contact Becky Ehredt at (309) 452-0143 or e-mail her at behredt@aol.com.  If you have additional input, please write to UHighReunion1973@aol.com.  Thanks and looking forward to seeing everyone.

 

Early indications of your intent to attend the reunion may be helpful.  If you think that you will be attending the reunion, please let us know.  This may help us in selecting room size and dinner options.  This in no way commits you at this time.

 

At the next reunion meeting, committee members will be reviewing the list of contact information that has been assembled thus far for all classmates.  If for any reason you prefer to have your contact information confidential and not shared with committee members, please write to the reunion email address prior to October 6th at UHighReunion1973@aol.com and indicate to keep your information confidential.

FUTURE UPDATES: We intend to do quarterly updates regarding the reunion process. At a minimum, it will be posted on the University High School Website. In the Fall update, we intend to invite you to assist in the reunion process with whatever talents you have. Please use our E-Mail address shown above. SPECIAL REQUEST: We have spent over 250 hours reestablishing contact information with 1973 classmates, now over 30 years removed. We believe that we now have assembled contact information on over 100 classmates and that OUR reunion may prove to be one of the most successful ever at U-High.

PLEASE RESPOND to this e-mail/letter to let us know that this is your correct e-mail/physical address. Otherwise we may assume that our information is obsolete and delete it. It would be extremely disappointing to have successfully established the right contact information, only to delete in error because we were unable to verify.
