University High School Athletic Facilities

Fall Sports:

Cross Country (Boys and Girls) - home meets are run at Maxwell Park in Normal. The park is located on Parkside Road between College Avenue and Gregory Street.

Football - all levels are played at Hancock Stadium on the ISU campus. The stadium is located at the corner of Main Street (Il RT 51) and College Avenue in Normal.

Golf (Boys and Girls) - home meets are held at the ISU Golf Course. The course is west of University High School on Gregory Street just west of Adelaide Street.

Soccer (Boys) - home games are played at the U-High soccer field on the corner of Gregory Street and Adelaide Street just north of the fire station.

Swimming (Girls) - home meets are held at Horton Pool on the ISU campus. The pool is located to the immediate west of Horton Field House and is just north of Redbird Arena.

Tennis (Girls) - home meets are played at the U-High tennis courts which are located on Gregory Street on the west side of the high school.

Volleyball - home games are played in the U-High gymnasium. The school is located on the corner of Main Street (Il Rt 51) and Gregory Street just north of the ISU football field.

Winter Sports:

Basketball (Boys and Girls) - home games are played in the U-High gymnasium unless otherwise noted on the schedule. The school is located on the corner of Main Street (Il Rt 51) and Gregory Street just north of the ISU football field.

Swimming (Boys) - home meets are held at Horton Pool on the ISU campus. The pool is located to the immediate west of Horton Field House and is just north of Redbird Arena.

Wrestling - home meets are held in the U-High gymnasium. The school is located on the corner of Main Street (Il Rt 51) and Gregory Street just north of the ISU football field.

Spring Sports:

Baseball - varsity games are played at the ISU baseball field on the corner of Gregory Street and Adelaide Street just west of the high school. Sophomore and freshman games are played at the ISSCS field located at One Normal Plaza. The field is located just east of Beech Street between Raab Road and College Avenue.

Soccer (Girls) - home games for the remainder of the 2005 season will be played on the ISU soccer field which is located between the ISU baseball and softball fields on Adelaide Street between Gregory Street and College Avenue.

Softball - varsity games are played at Fairview Park. The park is located off of Main Street (Il Rt 51) north of the high school. JV games are played at Anderson Park unless otherwise noted on the schedule. The park is located off College Avenue east of downtown Normal.

Tennis (Boys) - home meets are played at the U-High tennis courts which are located on Gregory Street on the west side of the high school.

Track (Boys and Girls) - no home meets are currently scheduled for the outdoor season. The Cogdal Relays are held in Horton Field House on the ISU campus.
