Sir Lancelot

King Arthur stood, wondering where Sir Lancelot was.  He talked about several subjects to kill time.  Then he saw Sir Lancelot riding up.  Arthur said to not talk until Sir Lancelot arrived.  Sir Lancelot arrived to the king, got off his horse, and saluted him.  Then Sir Urre’s sister, the maid, saw Sir Lancelot.  She ran over to her brother, who had terrible wounds.

Then Arthur turned to Sir Lancelot and said “You have to do what we did,” then told him about their experiences.

“Oh my God,” said Sir Lancelot, “How am I supposed to do what so many knights and kings have failed?”

“You don’t have a choice,” said King Arthur, “I command you.”

“You know I would never disobey you.  But I do not wish to help that wounded knight.”

“You don’t understand.  If you did this, you would be our friend.  If you did it, you would join us at the round table.  Please, heal that knight.”

The knights begged Sir Lancelot to help Sir Urre.  Sir Lancelot walked over to Sir Urre and set him up.  “Please, I beg you.  For God’s sake, heal me,” said Sir Urre.

“I was never able to do such a kindly thing,” said Sir Lancelot.

Then Sir Lancelot kneeled next to Sir Urre.  “I must do as King Arthur has commanded me,” said Sir Lancelot, “even though I don’t want to.”

Then Sir Lancelot raised his hands and quietly said, “Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost, I ask you for your mercy, and that you may heal this wounded knight.”  Then Sir Urre showed Sir Lancelot his wounds.  He had three gashed on his head.  And all of the sudden, the wounds healed.  And just like that, Sir Urre was all healed.

Then King Arthur and all the other knights kneeled and thanked God for the healed knight.  And Sir Lancelot cried like a beaten child.  King Arthur gave Sir Urre some very nice clothes.
