The Fight between Mordred and Arthur

King Arthur and
Lord Mordred hate each other. They are father and son yet they have
more hatred then almost any enemies. The two armies of Mordred and
Arthur meet in a large field hopefully to settle things out to prevent
the death of hundreds of thousands of men. Before the battle would start
there is a negotiation of the two sides.
Each
side brings out their King and 14 great knights. Before the two kings
met (King Arthur and Lord Mordred) they told their knights not to trust
the other side because the two Kings know that they will do anything to
win, and there is no trust no matter the blood relations. Because of the
lack of trust both Kings told their knights to attack if any sword was
drawn. The two sides met in the middle of the field hoping not to fight.
As the negotiation started an
adder came out from under a bush and struck one of the knights on
the foot, and he pulled out his sword to kill the adder. As the sword
was drawn, Arthur’s men saw it and attacked the knight. This was how the
war was started, all from an adder. The battle was very long and very
gruesome, and ended the lives of more then 100,000 men in one night.
By the
end of the battle there were only warriors alive on the field, they were
King Arthur, Lord Mordred,
Sir Lucan, and
Sir Bedivere. The reason that I say warriors was because there were
hundreds of looters that had invaded the field to take possessions from
the dead or wounded Knights.
King Arthur saw his son in the battlefield and wanted
vengeance on him. Sir Bedivere and Sir Lucan tried to stop King Arthur
from killing Mordred, but could not stop him. Arthur grabbed a spear and
ran at Mordred piercing the spear right through his heart. But Mordred
was not done, and with the last little bit of strength he pulled himself
up the spear and struck Arthur on the head with his sword. The strike
pierced Arthur’s helmet and went into his brain. Then Sir Bedivere and
Lucan grabbed Arthur to try to save him, but in the process of picking
Arthur up Sir Lucan’s guts fell out and he died. So Sir Bedivere was
left alone to take King Arthur to safety.
