After a fierce battle between King Arthur and Sir Accolon both were bloody, cleaved, tired, and near death. They had just come to the realization that Sir Accolon, a knight of a round table, had nearly killed his beloved king, Arthur, with his own Excalibur. They did not know that they were fighting each other, they were both fighting a knight as a favor. Arthur had realized that Morgan Le Fay was behind all this when Sir Accolon told him how he got his sword and scabbard.

Arthur had banished Sir Damas as an evil knight and never to bring any harm to any other knights or stop them on their adventures for he had captured Arthur and twenty other knights and used him to fight a knight of Sir Onztlake, who turned out to be his own Sir Accolon. The twenty knights that had been captured were released and free to go along with their own adventures. Sir Damas' brother Sir Ontzlake kept his manor. Arthur was two days from Camelot and too tired to begin his journey home. Sir Ontzlake took him and Sir Accolon into his manor and treated their wounds. Sir Accolon’s wounds were too much, though. He died within four days, also in which time Arthur had recovered. He sent the body of Sir Accolon home to Camelot with a message for Morgan Le Fay. He asked them to show her the body of Sir Accolon, and tell her that I, King Arthur have a present, and have my sword Excalibur and my scabbard.
