For photo assignments please answer the following in an e-mail and send to uhspubs2@gmail.com please include your name, date/name of assignment, and the words “PHOTO REQUEST” in the subject line.

1.       Photographer’s Name

2.       Proposed photo assignment

3.       Date and time of assignment

4.       Do you have any questions about the assignment?

5.       A telephone number the photographer can be reached at.

A response will be sent to the photographer and the editor will add the initials to the calendar if accepted.
