on their accomplishments and participation in the U.S. Chess State Tournament this weekend! Senior Jordan Evans received 2nd place on board 2 for the State and an honorable mention went to junior Cole Frank.

The U-High boys basketball team

had a great weekend! On Friday, they faced Pontiac High School and pulled off an 82-40 win! This victory made the team the outright Corn Belt Conference champions. On Saturday, they faced Morton and celebrated senior night. They defeated Morton, who has been ranked in Class 3A most of the year, 58-43. The team’s record is currently 21-3 and 13-0 in the conference. Congratulations to our players and coaches for an exciting weekend of wins!

the U-High Boosters approved fund requests for our baseball team ($2900 for L-screens and uniforms) and cheerleading team ($1000 for uniforms). We truly appreciate the continued financial support of our Boosters! They work hard to provide funding for various projects at U-High.
