Thomas Barger 
Chemistry Award

 

 

 

The Thomas Barger Chemistry Award is given to that student who best exemplifies the qualities of Scholarship, Competency and Enthusiasm in the course of their studies in Advanced Placement Chemistry. 

Thomas Barger was a much loved science teacher who served University High School from 1926 to 1941.

He taught physics and chemistry and also sponsored the senior class and our yearbook, the Clarion.
