Directions:
You may need to change the folder view
option on your home computer to use the ftp. To do this:
In internet explorer 7, click on "tools",
"internet options", "advanced". Make sure that "enable ftp folder view"
is checked. Re-start internet explorer before trying to access the
s-drive.
To use your ftp:
1. Click on the s-drive link at left.
2. After you have logged in (at left) you
can copy a file from your ftp (right-click, copy) to your desktop
(right-click, paste).
3. Minimize the window and click on your file on
your desktop to work on it.
4. When you are ready to save the file back
to your ftp folder, copy the file from the desktop (right-click, copy)
and paste it to your ftp folder. (If you exited from your ftp, you can
login again using the link to the left.) |
